Prepare the Way of the Lord!
That's what this season of Lent is all about - preparing our hearts for the healing and sanctifying power of the risen Christ. Each Wednesday during Lent we will come together for worship, food, fellowship, and study that we might share this time of preparation as the family of God. We hope you and your family will join us.
Ash Wednesday (February 6 @ 6:45pm)
Join us for dessert followed by a short worship service. This powerful time of worship reminds us that we all come before our loving and forgiving God as broken persons and that it is in our brokenness that God begins the work of healing and redemption.

Lenten Lunches (Wednesdays Feb. 13 - March 19 @ noon)
Bring your lunch and we'll provide the drinks. Following a time of food and fellowship, we'll enjoy a study on the theme of Reconciliation.
No reservations required - just show up and enjoy!
Lenten Suppers (Wednesdays Feb. 13 - March 19 @ 5:30pm)
Join us for our weekly suppers and study. The food will be great, the fellowship will be stimulating, and the study will be enlightening! We will be discovering the power of Reconciliation and the importance of preparing ourselves to go before God in confession. All of this will prepare us for Holy Communion at our Maundy Thursday service on March 20th.
Cost for dinners: $5.00/person or $15.00/family.

Chanting the Psalms (Sundays Feb. 10 - March 1 @ 7:00pm)
Once again Dennis and Jess will be leading an evening of praying the Psalms through Chant and Lectio Divina (Directed Meditation). We meet in the Chapel on Sunday evenings.

Maundy Thursday Service (Thursday, March 20 @ 6:45pm)
From the Table to the Cross: An evening of drama, worship and communion. It begins with dessert and fellowship. Come join us as we experience the passion of Christ from the vantage point of some eye-witnesses. This service will be held in the CLMC.
There is no cost, but reservations are desired.
Good Friday (Friday, March 21, 12:00 - 5:30 pm)
Experience the stations of the cross in a self-directed worship time. Come when you can and walk the path of Jesus. It will take as little as 15 minutes or stay as long as you want.
No reservations required - just show up and experience it.
Good Friday Tenebrae Service (Friday, March 21, 7:00 pm)
Worship together in the Sancutary at this Good Friday Tenebrae Service.

Easter Sunday Services (Sunday, March 23)
Worship with us at sunrise (6:30am) in the Memorial Garden. A "break the Lenten fast" communion in the Chapel following the Sunrise service.
The Methodist Men will offer breakfast for all at 7:15. Then, we will have our full schedule of Sunday Services - 8:45 & 11:00 Traditional Services in the Sanctuary; 9:00 & 11:11 Contemporary Services in the CLMC.
